At Sinkotech, we also supply high-tech magnetic cylinders as well as design and develope die cutting stations. As the tooling tolerances are extremely tight, in the +/- 1 micron range, the special die stations which hold the magnetic cylinders and the cutting tools must be designed to maintain not only their structural rigiditiy under thousands pounds of cutting pressure but also maximize die life by virtually eliminating deflection.
